Your Sunrise ritual

1. Measure 2 teaspoons of tea, letting its gentle essence rise.
2. Bring fresh water to 100°C / 212°F, steep for 6–8 minutes, then let it cool to a soothing temperature before sipping.
3. Whisper an evening affirmation: I let go. I cool down. I welcome stillness.
4. Pour into a porcelain or glass cup, keeping the tea cool as you hold it.
